The Kathy Jenkins Team consists of a Listing Specialist, a Buyers Specialist, an Office Manager, an Executive Assistant, a Transaction Coordinator, and a Market Center Administrator.

Kathy's accreditations include: Accredited Buyer Representative, Certified Residential Specialist, Certified International Property Specialist, Seniors Real Estate Specialist, Real Estate Enhancement Specialist, is a Graduate of the Realtor Institute, and a member of the International Luxury Society.  Kathy is an expert in negotiations, marketing and advertising who believes in continuing education and state of the art technology, which will enable her to work effectively and efficiently with her buyers and sellers.  Kathy was also a member of The South Bay Board of Realtors' Grievance Committee, and is now currently a member of The South Bay Board of Realtors' Professional Standards Committee, the Greater South Bay Multiple Listing Service (MLS) Committee, and the California Los Angeles Westside (CLAW) Multiple Listing Service.
