My husband and I purchased another home in the midst of tax season last year. We had never met Kathy prior, however I retained one of her brochures she left in the neighborhood as my husband and I were looking for a larger home.

We called Kathy and asked her to meet us at a house down the street from where we lived on the first day of open house. Kathy met with us after we walked through the house and asked us our feelings. Kathy also said if we did not like this house, she would look and see what other homes were available in the immediate area. The following day, we placed an offer on the house. Kathy completed her due diligence and found there was another offer placed on the house. Kathy met with us, suggested what we should offer, and took the time to work with us and come up with an offer she felt would secure the house for us.

We had several meetings after our offer was accepted and we entered into escrow. Kathy suggested an inspector at a reasonable cost, who presently us with a 28 page inspection report on the house. Then it was just a matter of closing escrow. During the escrow period, the house was not tented for termites, so we contacted Kathy to advise.  Kathy followed up with the other realtor daily, until the termite people were scheduled. She also was instrumental in following through with the other realtor and the termite company to insure the dry rot was replaced.

Escrow is very stressful overall, especially during tax time, however Kathy made the process go smoothly. Kathy was always available for a telephone call to discuss whatever concerns we may have.

I would recommend Kathy Jenkins and her staff to anyone. She is wonderful!
